Rainforest Tribe at Trevaylor

On Tuesday 28th April Class 2 entered Trevaylor Woods as the ‘Trythall Tribe’. As part of our Geography topic studying the Tropical Rainforests the children pretended to be a tribal child for the morning and painted their faces, created headdresses with ‘parrot’ feathers, made bows and animals, climbed trees, tracked and hunted their lunch, cooked on the camp fire and listened to a story about the forest. Great fun was had by all!
